AeroReserve suffered from high abandonment rates (72%) on their booking page. The legacy interface was built from the database schemas out, forcing users to click through 7 complex pages to request a quote.
Our Approach
We conducted active usability testing sessions with actual frequent flyers. We mapped and simplified cognitive pathways, replacing the legacy Multi-Page form with a 3-step progressive layout backed by dynamic pricing tooltips.

A custom Next.js charter booking application featuring a highly refined, animated interactive flight planning map, auto-saved draft states, and inline validation to prevent input errors.
